Crest Goods is an online retailer based in Norwood, Ohio, selling trending home goods: bedding and throws, kitchen tools and drinkware, organization and cleaning gear, and lighting and decor. Customer service: [email protected], Monday to Friday, replies within one business day.
US addresses only for now. Most items ship from a US fulfillment warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 7 business days; items marked as shipping from our overseas partner take 10 to 15 days. Shipping is free on orders over $50 and a flat $6.95 below that. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves the warehouse.
Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us and we will send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Opened bedding and textiles can be returned for store credit; washed or used bedding is excluded.
Cancel for free any time before your order ships by emailing us. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send a photo within 7 days and we replace it or refund you, your choice. If we can't resolve a problem, you can always dispute the charge with your card issuer; we'd rather fix it first. Promotions can't be combined and have no cash value.
